Storing and Freezing Instructions

To Store: Dinosaur fruit trays can be stored for up to a day. If stored for longer than 24 hours, the cut fruit will quickly dehydrate and wilt. To keep the fruit fresh for as long as possible, cover the tray in plastic wrap.

To Freeze: Freezing the fruit is not recommended since the texture will be affected.

Recipe Variations for Dinosaur Fruit Trays

Tropical twist: Swap green grapes with mango chunks for a sweet, exotic flavor. Use papaya slices instead of kiwi for a tropical touch.

Berry swap: Replace blueberries with blackberries and add a handful of pomegranate seeds for extra tanginess and color.

Citrus twist: Substitute orange slices with grapefruit segments for a zesty twist. Add lime wedges for an extra sour treat.

Minty version: use mint leaves as a garnish on top of the kiwi fruit. For added flavor, infuse the pineapple triangles with a hint of lime juice.

Coconut twist: Sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit tray for extra texture. For an extra coconutty twist, use coconut chunks instead of pineapple.

Nutty fruit tray: For a crunchy texture, sprinkle with chopped almonds or hazelnuts. For sweetness, replace blueberries with dried cranberries.

Chocolate drizzle: Top the fruits with crushed graham crackers for a hint of s’mores flavor, and cover the fruits with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.

Spicy fruit tray: Dust the fruit tray with a sprinkle of cayenne or chili powder for a spicy twist. Replace kiwi with sliced jalapeños for an extra hot, adult version.

Honeyed drizzle: Drizzle honey over the fruit tray for a touch of natural sweetness — substitute raspberries with sliced figs.

Floral touch: Add edible flowers like pansies or rose petals for extra color. Infuse the fruit tray with a splash of rose water for a delicate floral aroma.
