To make the dinosaur head and spikes cut a piece of fondant.
Use a rolling pin to roll the fondant into 1/6 inch layer.
Using a small triangle cookie cuter cut the spikes.
Using a dinosaur cookie cutter cut the dinosaur.
Using a knife, cut the head as shown on the photo.
Insert small piece of toothpick into heads and spikes as shown on the photo.
Place dinosaur heads and spikes on cutting board and allow them to dry completely.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
Add the egg, milk, butter and sugar to large bowl and whisk to combine.
Add the flour mixture and mix well.
Preheat your mini donut maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
Lightly grease the preheated donut maker with cooking spray.
Fill each hole with batter.
Bake for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
Carefully remove the hot doughnuts from the donut maker and place onto a wire cooling rack.
Add the white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Whisk in the oil until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
Add a few drops of green food coloring and whisk to combine.
Dip each donut into the glaze.
Place the donuts onto the wire cooling rack.
Decorate with sprinkles.
Press 1 dinosaur head into each donut and add 3 spikes.
Return the donuts on the wire cooling rack.
Let sit for 20 minutes until the glaze is set.
